Статья появящена исслеледованию взаимосвязи категорий «потребность», «мотив» и «интерес» в структуре мотивации. Авторы раскрывают их роль в мотивационном процессе: потребности как источник активности, мотивы как направляющая сила, а интересы как устойчивые предпочтения, связывающие личные цели с социальным контекстом. Рассмотрены классические и современные теории мотивации, включая иерархию потребностей Маслоу и двухфакторную модель Герцберга, а также влияние социального контекста на трансформацию потребностей в мотивы. Статья предлагает комплексный взгляд на мотивацию, адаптируя традиционные подходы к вызовам современности.
The article is devoted to the study of the interrelationship of the category’s “need”, “motive” and “interest” in the structure of motivation. The authors reveal their role in the motivational process: needs as a source of activity, motives as a guiding force, and interests as stable preferences linking personal goals with the social context. Classical and modern theories of motivation are considered, including Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Herzberg's two-factor model, as well as the influence of the social context on the transformation of needs into motives. The article offers a comprehensive view of motivation, adapting traditional approaches to the challenges of our time.
