This article explores the opportunities and prospects of applying artificial intelligence (AI) in the social sector. It examines key areas of AI integration in healthcare, education, social protection, and public administration. Special attention is given to service personalization, improved efficiency and accessibility, as well as ethical and legal considerations. Based on case studies and regulatory initiatives, the article identifies both the benefits and risks of digitalizing social processes. It emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and civic engagement in AI development. The conclusion highlights AI’s potential as a tool for sustainable development and social justice, provided that human-centered values and ethical standards are upheld.
