Актуальность представленного исследования определяется тем, что в условиях повышения рыночной динамики, обусловленной, в том числе, переходом от пятого технологического уклада к шестому, осуществляется дальнейший поиск более эффективных подходов к управлению социально-экономическими системами. При этом наиболее продуктивным способом реализации такого подхода к менеджменту традиционно считается реализация междисциплинарных исследований, заложенных еще в концепции научного подхода к управлению Ф.У. Тейлора. Поиску более эффективных подходов к менеджменту на базе междисциплинарных исследований и посвящена данная работа. Цель представленных исследований заключается в выявлении взаимосвязи постулатов психологических теорий и квантовой механики с позиций возможностей их реализации в рамках концепции квантового менеджмента. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в демонстрации того, как объединение постулатов квантовой механики и теорий психологии, отражающих природу сознания человека, способно существенно обогатить инструментарий квантового менеджмента в части неподдающихся прямому измерению нематериальных социальных аспектов организации, определяющих проблемы, возможности и перспективы ее развития. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности их использования при дальнейшем развитии теории квантового менеджмента и практической реализации этих положений при управлении социально-экономическими системами.
The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that in the conditions of increasing market dynamics, caused, among other things, by the transition from the fifth technological order to the sixth, a further search for more effective approaches to the management of socio-economic systems is carried out. At the same time, the most productive way of implementing such an approach to management is traditionally considered to be the implementation of interdisciplinary research, laid down in the concept of the scientific approach to management by F.W. Taylor. This work is devoted to the search for more effective approaches to management based on interdisciplinary research. The purpose of the presented research is to identify the relationship between the postulates of psychological theories and quantum mechanics from the standpoint of the possibilities of their implementation within the framework of the concept of quantum management. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the demonstration of how the unification of the postulates of quantum mechanics and theories of psychology, reflecting the nature of human consciousness, can significantly enrich the tools of quantum management in terms of non-directly measurable intangible social aspects of the organization that determine the problems, opportunities and prospects for its development. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of their use in the further development of the theory of quantum management and the practical implementation of these provisions in the management of socio-economic systems.
