Актуальность представленной работы определяется тем, что усложнение условий хозяйствования ставит перед менеджментом новые задачи, связанные с поиском более совершенных способов управления, адекватных реальности. В соответствии с основной идеей школы научного управления Ф.У. Тейлора в данном исследовании был принят междисциплинарный подход. Целью представленной работы явился анализ возможностей решения проблем развития квантового менеджмента сквозь призму сознательного разума с использованием в качестве междисциплинарного аналога единой теории квантовой механики. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в том, что в работе показано, что результаты исследования нейронных коррелятов сознания, не только согласуются с акцентом З. Фрейда на роли сознательного разума в обработке и рационализации опыта, расширяя понимание влияния конкретных нейронных путей (маршрутов), участвующие в этих процессах, на сознание человека, но и позволяют выстроить логическую цепочку от сознательного, подсознательного и бессознательного по З. Фрейду через учение о коллективном бессознательном К. Юнга к индивидуальному сознательному Д. Чалмерса как субъективному опыту индивида, за который в трудовых отношениях, зачастую в первую очередь, и готов платить работнику работодатель. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в том, что, опираясь на теорию психоанализа З. Фрейда, теорию аналитической психологии К. Юнга, в которых была заложена основа понимания структуры и функции сознания, а также на относительно новые нейробиологические исследования Д.Дж. Чалмерса, Коха К., Массимини М., Боли М., Тонони Г. и др., можно не только получить более детальное представление о нейронных коррелятах сознания и механизмах, с помощью которых мозг конструирует реальность, но и в целом повысить уровень понимания аспектов сознательного разума, что позволяет продвинуться в решении проблем развития квантового менеджмента, в том числе в измерениях и количественной оценке как материальных, так и нематериальных величин производственно-хозяйственной деятельности.
The relevance of the presented work is determined by the fact that the complication of economic conditions poses new challenges to management related to the search for more advanced management methods adequate to reality. In accordance with the main idea of the scientific management school of F.W. Taylor, an interdisciplinary approach was adopted in this study. The purpose of the presented work was to analyze the possibilities of solving the problems of quantum management development through the prism of the conscious mind using the unified theory of quantum mechanics as an interdisciplinary analogue. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that the work shows that the results of the study of neural correlates of consciousness not only agree with Z. Freud's emphasis on the role of the conscious mind in the processing and rationalization of experience, expanding the understanding of the influence of specific neural pathways (routes) involved in these processes on human consciousness, but also allow us to build a logical chain from the conscious, subconscious and unconscious according to Z. Freud through the doctrine of the collective unconscious of K. Jung to the individual conscious of D. Chalmers as the subjective experience of the individual, for which, in labor relations, the employer is often first and foremost willing to pay the employee. The practical significance of the obtained results is that, based on the theory of psychoanalysis by Z. Freud, the theory of analytical psychology by K. Jung, which laid the foundations for understanding the structure and function of consciousness, as well as on relatively new neurobiological studies by D. J. Chalmers, Koch K., Massimini M., Boli M., Tononi G. and others, it is possible not only to obtain a more detailed understanding of the neural correlates of consciousness and the mechanisms by which the brain constructs reality, but also to generally increase the level of understanding of aspects of the conscious mind, which allows us to advance in solving the problems of developing quantum management, including in the measurements and quantitative assessment of both material and non-material quantities of production and economic activity.
