The relevance of this study lies in the fact that the rapid development of modern information systems, digital technologies, and production technologies necessitates significant changes in approaches to managing enterprises and organizations in the real sector of the Russian economy, as these are the foundation for achieving national goals of technological sovereignty and technological leadership. The objective of this study is to develop an algorithm for solving the problems of developing enterprise and organization management systems in the real sector of the economy in the context of digital transformation. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that, based on identifying the main problems in the development of enterprise and organization management systems in the context of digital transformation and identifying potential solutions, an algorithm for transforming organizational management models in the digital economy has been developed. This algorithm includes an analytical block, a synthetic block, a scientific and practical block, and a feedback block. The practical significance of the proposed algorithm lies in its potential use in improving enterprise and organization management models, taking into account current sanctions and restrictions, as well as digital transformation requirements as part of the development of a digital society and Industry 4.0.
