The author examines the problem of personality socialization in the situation of the formation of a new type of social interaction and instant transfer of cultural experience. The author's concept of the society of instant cultural diffusion is described, and its phenomenology is noted. The features of the transformation of the technology of transferring cultural experience as the basis of personality socialization, the role and significance of tradition and traditional values, and spiritual culture are revealed. The increasing dominance of the dynamics of cultural homogenization, caused by the intensification of social communication algorithmization, in opposition to classical institutions of socialization, is noted. Based on the analysis of risks, sources, and properties of the transformation of inculturation processes, a new approach to building a tree-like system of basic traditional values is proposed.
