Work of the dermatological department of the North Ossetian Dermatovenerological clinic for the period 2010-2014 has been analysed. Dynamics of the following showings such as rationality ofthe bed fund utilization, provision of population with beds and medical staff, structure of morbidity have been estimated; recommendations on activity optimization were given.

Дерматовенерологическая служба является составной частью общей системы здравоохранения. Ведущая роль в ее деятельности отводится кожно-венерологическим диспансерам. В последние годы в связи с вступившими в силу нормативно-правовыми документами, регламентирующими работу медицинских учреждений дерматовенерологического профиля, в кожно-венерологических диспансерах проводится реорганизация, целью которой является улучшение качества оказания медицинской помощи населению [3]. Эффективность проводимых изменений оценивается путем сравнительного анализа основных интенсивных показателей деятельности как медицинского учреждения в целом, так и его структурных подразделений
