In article the main tendencies of development of the furniture industry in Russia are re-vealed (during 2005-2014) and indicators of production of furniture in the region are analyzed. During monitoring of furniture production the assessment is given to the main volume and struc-tural indicators of release of furniture production on the federal districts of the Russian Federa-tion; indicators of import and export of furniture across the Voronezh region, data on the furni-ture enterprises of the region are considered, the motivation of consumers at making decisions on purchase of furniture is studied.
