Abstract:
The article describes the life of Valery Petrovich Kuzovlev, an outstanding scientist, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, former Rector of Yelets State Pedagogical University, under whose leadership the university became one of the top twenty universities in the country. It also highlights his scientific and international achievements, as well as his influence on the development of the cultural space in Yelets. The article emphasizes the Rector's outstanding organizational and managerial skills, as well as his significant contributions to the university's growth. Eternal memory!
