<abstract xml:lang="ru">

This article provides a systems analysis of the evolution of theoretical approaches to firm dynamic capabilities. The aim of the study is to identify the limitations of classical and synthetic models of dynamic capabilities and to justify the need for a transition to a cognitive-process paradigm. The methodological framework con-sists of methods of systemic, comparative, and critical analysis of scientific concepts, as well as a secondary analysis of empirical data from leading research centers. As a result, the views of foreign and Russian authors are systematized and five key gaps in existing paradigms are identified: ontological, mechanistic, identification, proactivity, and imitation. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a cognitive-process model, where the core of dynamic capabilities is the quality of managerial thinking. The proposed cycle architecture integrates cognitive and process aspects, creating a theoretical foundation for further research into proactive adaptation.
