This paper proposes an option increase the traffic safety of cars not equipped with anti-lock systems, emergency braking in the operational road conditions, taking into account the aerodynamic resistance to movement by setting their brakes improved hydraulic brake actuator containing regulators of brake forces of the new design, which provide on-board distribution of braking force.
