Using the example of the "Ekipazh" taxi company, this article examines the results of a strategic analysis of the external and internal environments of the organization, which operates on a lease-to-own model for drivers who complete orders through an aggregator. Based on PEST and SWOT analyses, an industry-specific competitor assessment, and a portfolio analysis (BCG, GE/McKinsey), key sustainability factors and growth opportunities for the company are identified: reducing fleet downtime, driver retention, strengthening management discipline, and developing the Comfort segment. A set of management and marketing recommendations is formulated aimed at increasing efficiency, scaling, and strengthening the taxi company's competitive position in the regional market.
