Introduction. The study of the processes and phenomena of modern speech practice is aimed at finding and describing typical ways of expressing speech needs in various forms of speech, these include discursive units (discourses). The subject of this study is discursive units, which are typical representatives of a communicative consent strategy important for organizing effective communication. Despite the wide methodological base, there is no terminological unity in the designation of these units. This indicates insufficiency in the study, which determines the relevance of the work. Aim. The goal was to identify common communicative-discursive conditions in which the consent strategy is implemented, and to describe typical ways of its verbalization, to determine their functional-pragmatic and structuralsemantic features. Methodology and research methods. The study used a set of methods and techniques: a technique for identifying markers (discursive formulas) of speech acts, intent analysis, as well as methods for describing and generalizing their meanings in the analyzed contexts. Results: the analysis made it possible to identify specific features of discursive situations, the marker of which is the discursive of consent, to present their prototypical model and to identify discursive-pragmatic and structuralsemantic features. The theoretical novelty of the study lies in the identification of the regulatory nature of the discursive situation, which allows the potential of consent discourses to be exploited. Practical significance is associated with the possibility of using the results in lexicographic practice, in the development of courses for the study of active processes in modern Russian, as well as in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language.
