В работе оценена связанность экономической системы страны путем изучения связей величин доходов и величин роста доходов населения методами математической статистики. Установлено, что связность развития экономики Федеральных округов в последние годы увеличивается. При этом до 2015 г. рост доходов населения способствовал выравниванию их величины по округам. После 2015 г. рост доходов населения способствовал усилению неравенства доходов населения по округам. Связность развития экономики регионов Центрального федерального округа в последние годы увеличивается. Причём до 2015 г. рост доходов населения способствовал выравниванию их величины по регионам. Для преодоления различий в уровне экономического развития округов и регионов страны необходима соответствующая региональная экономическая политика.
The paper evaluates the connectivity of the country’s economic system by studying the relationship between income values and income growth rates using mathematical statistics. It has been established that the coherence of the economic development of the Federal Districts has been increasing in recent years. At the same time, until 2015, the growth of incomes of the population contributed to the equalization of their values by districts. After 2015, the growth of household incomes contributed to an increase in income inequality by district.
