The article analyzes the processes of interaction of state power bodies and local government on the example of the Voronezh region; initiatives aimed at enhancing such cooperation are considered, as well as consolidation of responsibility for the situation at places. The author reveals the experience of the organization and stimulation of work of territorial local authorities, increasing their activity based on the local population.
