В статье рассматриваются особенности политического времени и его проявления в идеологических доктринах, характерных для российской политической культуры. Хронополитический анализ идеологического сознания включает интерпретацию соотношения застойного и мобилизационного, цикличного и линейного времени, выявление ориентации на прошлое, настоящее, будущее. Эти проблемы рассматриваются в контексте парадигмы «модерн – постмодерн». Особое внимание уделяется феномену «реального времени» и проблеме разрывов между идеалами, вынесенными в долгосрочную перспективу и краткосрочными задачами. Автор приходит к выводу, что научная значимость хронополитики обусловлена динамизмом современного политического процесса и масштабностью трансформаций идеологического сознания.
The article reviews some special aspects of political time and its manifestation in ideological doctrines which typical for Russian political culture. The chronopolitical analysis of the ideological consciousness includes the interpretation of correlation between stagnant and mobilized time, circular and linear time and orientation towards the past, present, future. These problems are considered within the paradigm “modernity – postmodernity“. An increased focus is put on the phenomenon of “real time” and on the problem of disparity between long-term prospect ideals and short-term objectives. The author comes to the conclusion, that the scientific significance of chronopolitics is conditioned by dynamism of the modern political process and the dimensions of ideological consciousness transformations.
