Abstract (English):
The article considers the positive role of public youth organizations in the education of the younger generation on the basis of its participation in the social joint activity. The position of Presidential Decree 2015 on the establishment of the All-Russian Youth organization “Russian movement of schoolchildren” is considered. In the framework of improvement of state police in the field of children education the goals and objectives of this movement are set, that consolidate schoolchildren in the system of socialization and introduction to the national values.

Сегодня уже не обсуждается тот факт, что общественные организации, которые действовали в советскую эпоху, играли большую роль в воспитании подрастающего поколения, приобщении его к труду, творчеству, альтруистической деятельности. Немалая часть живущих сегодня в России сохранили теплое отношение к своему октябрятскому, пионерскому, комсомольскому детству. Приведем некоторые высказывания: Н.В. Соколова, педагог дополнительного образования. Я до сих пор с волнением вспоминаю, как меня принимали в пионеры. Это происходило в Музее В.И. Ленина, каждый из нас читал патриотические стихи, звучали поздравления и песни, а свой пионерский галстук я храню до сих пор.
