This article presents modern information about etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations of enterovirus infection. The variety of clinical forms, which occur in enteroviral infection, becomes routine in the practice of any physician. Discussed in more detail the clinical picture of enterovirus exanthema by kids. Cutaneous manifestations of enterovirus infections are still difficult to distinguish from other infectious processes. The clinical case presented in this article proves that the timely recognition of clinical symptoms and adequate treatment can prevent serious complications in young patients. Currently, enterovirus infection is one of the first places among other viral diseases, especially in younger children. Difficulties in differential diagnosis may lead to the generalization of the process until death. There is a need for rapid response, the use of modern algorithms of diagnostics, the use of modern antiviral and immunomodulatory drugs
