  <p>Приведенное выше письмо представляет собой отклик на наше опубликованное в 2016 г. в «Медицинская радиология и радиационная безопасность» исследование (pooled-анализ) частоты перестроек RET/PTC в папиллярных карциномах щитовидной железы (ЩЖ) для групп людей из различных стран мира (СНГ – Россия, Белоруссия и Украина; Европа, США + Канада и Азиатско-Тихоокеанский регион) в разные периоды после аварии на Чернобыльской атомной электростанции (ЧАЭС). Аналогичное письмо-отклик С.В. Яргина на нашу соответствующую работу 2016 г. по зависимостям доза–эффект для частоты RET/PTC было уже опубликовано в журнале «Радиационная биология. Радиэкология». Сходное письмо этого же автора направлялось в 2016 г. также и в «Саратовский научно-медицинский журнал» в ответ на нашу уже давнюю статью от 2013 г. по анализу частоты RET/PTC для радиобиологии и эпидемиологии. Это письмо С.В. Яргина журналом пока не опубликовано. Все «отклики» С.В. Яргина в целом аналогичны, развивают одни и те же представления («гипотезу», согласно его словам) и, местами, просто идентичны (смысл же и основные ссылки также во многом идентичны). Рассматриваемые проблемы являются узкими, специальными и, по внешнему виду, мало о чем могут говорить тому, кто не занимается именно генными перестройками RET/PTC.</p>
