Izucheno vliyanie neblagopriyatnyh faktorov vneshney sredy na osnovnye parametry okislitel'nogo stressa u prakticheski zdorovyh ispytuemyh. Prakticheski zdorovye dobrovol'cy byli podvergnuty deystviyu iskusstvenno sozdannoy gipertermii. Cherez podelennye intervaly vremeni u uchastnikov issledovaniya opredelyali uroven' MDA v plazme krovi, aktivnost' klyuchevyh antioksidantnyh fermentov v eritrocitah. Posle 30 dney prebyvaniya v usloviyah gipertermii u ispytuemyh bylo vyyavleno statisticheski znachimoe uvelichenie soderzhaniya MDA (na 62 %), a takzhe snizhenie aktivnosti katalazy (na 11 %) i glutationperoksidazy (na 19 %).
