    <p>В работе изучена распространенность генотипов и аллелей полиморфного варианта ε2/ε3/ε4 гена&#13;
аполипопротеина E в группе здоровых русских подростков, проживающих на территории Восточной Сибири.&#13;
Из шести возможных генотипов: ε3/ε3, ε2/ε3, ε3/ε4, ε2/ε4, ε4/ε4, ε2/ε2, – было обнаружено только пять,&#13;
генотип ε2/ε2 не встречался. Сравнительный анализ показателей липидного обмена между подростками-&#13;
носителями разных генотипов изучаемого полиморфного локуса не выявил статически значимых различий&#13;
по показателям липидного обмена.</p>
