В настоящее время в Лесном комплексе Российской Федерации остро стоит проблема выращивания качественного лесопосадочного материала, но другой стороной проблемы является, то что он не должен быть дорогим. А если еще точнее, то что бы самый «дешевый» лесопосадочный материал был жизнеспособным.
