    <p>В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвящённой гипоксически-ишемической энцефалопатии (ГИЭ).&#13;
Гипоксически-ишемическое поражение головного мозга новорождённых относится к одной из важнейших&#13;
проблем анестезиологии и реаниматологии новорождённых детей. Проведён анализ методов диагностики и&#13;
лечения новорождённых с ГИЭ. Несмотря на прогресс перинатальной медицины, гипоксически-ишемическая&#13;
энцефалопатия остаётся важной причиной детской смертности и повреждения центральной нервной&#13;
системы, приводящей к инвалидности детей.</p>
