Abstract (English):
The article considers the implementation of investment process in the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Crimea. Also, the article states that the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Crimea is one of the most attractive areas for investment and has huge investment potential. The structure of the investment potential of fuel and energy complex is the complex system, in which elements can be influenced not only separately but also in their interaction. Furthermore, the overall investment attractiveness of fuel and energy complex is formed. The article is aimed at determination of influence of investment activity and its role in the development and effective functioning of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Crimea. The economic-statistical method, forecasting, systematic approach, and the method of expert assessment are main the methods of the article. The authors develop the Concept of investment activity in the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Crimea. It consists of four parts: substantial, conceptual, strategic and effective. The substantial part includes object, subject, and purpose of the concept; conceptual – tasks, principles of the concept; strategic – directions of concept realization; effective – performance assessment of the concept realization. Thus, the Concept of realizing the investment activity in the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Crimea reflects the main priorities and specific measures which are aimed at creating the mechanisms of investment attractiveness in fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Crimea.
