Озеро Байкал является всемирно-охраняемым природным объектом. Природоохранный режим территории и сокращение производств на прилегающих к Байкалу регионах влечет за собой активное развитие туризма и строительства туристических комплексов. Природа Байкала – основа формирования архитектуры. Байкальские ландшафты, природные ресурсы требуют эффективного и бережного использования и возобновления в условиях постоянно повышающейся антропогенной нагрузки. Существующая архитектура туристических комплексов невыразительна, так как нет сформированного комплексного подхода к проектированию и выбору решений. В данной статье предложен подход к формированию композиционно-эстетического облика туристического комплекса для Байкала для повышения эффективности, эстетической выразительности, и решения вопроса интеграции архитектуры в природу Прибайкалья. В процессе исследования автором были выделены конструктивные и композиционные типы элементов, составляющих объект. Композиционные типы определяются наличием природных ресурсов, особенностями природных ландшафтов, богатого историко-культурного наследия. Конструктивные типы определяются требованием (принципом) «самообеспечения» и природоохранным режимом территории. Автором выделены следующие элементы композиционного облика туристического комплекса: рельеф территории, ландшафт (геометрия), местная флора, малые природные формы, крупные и малые элементы альтернативной энергетики, историко-культурные формы и мотивы. Данные элементы могут комбинироваться в различных сочетаниях с выделением типа основного объема, типа доминанты, а также элементов, используемых для декорирования и акцентирования.
The lake Baikal is a world-protected natural object. The environmental protection regime of the territory and the decrease in production in the regions adjacent to Lake Baikal entail an active development of tourism and the construction of tourist complexes. The nature of Baikal is the basis for the formation of architecture. Baikal landscapes and natural resources require efficient and careful use and renewal in conditions of constantly increasing anthropogenic pressure. The existing architecture of tourist complexes is inexpressive, as there is no formed complex approach to the design and selection of solutions. This article proposes an approach to the formation of the compositional and aesthetic appearance of the tourist complex for Baikal to improve efficiency, aesthetic expressiveness and to address the issue of integrating architecture into the nature of the Baikal region. In the course of the study, the author identifies the structural and compositional types of elements that make up the object. Compositional types are determined by the presence of natural resources, natural landscapes, rich historical and cultural heritage. Design types are determined by the requirement (principle) of "self-sufficiency" and the environmental regime of the territory. The author emphasizes following elements of the compositional appearance of the tourist complex: relief of the territory, landscape (geometry), local flora, small natural forms, large and small elements of alternative energy, historical and cultural forms and motifs. These elements are combined in various combinations with the selection of the type of main volume, the type of dominant and the elements used for decorating, accentuation.
