В статье дана характеристика основных особенностей цифровой экономики, определяющих развитие теории интеллектуального капитала с позиций человеко-ориентированного подхода. Предложена трактовка понятия «человеческий интеллектуальный капитал», описана его структура на уровне работника и организации. Представлены подходы и модели оценки человеческого интеллектуального капитала, учитывающая природную и искусственную составляющие человеческого интеллекта.
The article describes the main features of the digital economy that determine the development of the theory of intellectual capital from the standpoint of human-oriented approach. The interpretation of the concept "human intellectual capital" is offered, its structure at the level of the worker and the organization is described. Approaches and models of human intellectual capital assessment taking into account natural and artificial components of human intelligence are presented.
