Abstract (English):
Last summer, the Russian Parliament, by adopting Federal Laws of August 2, 2019 No. 264-FZ and July 3, 2019 No. 173-FZ, introduced serious changes to the current legislation on the national payment system. According to parliamentarians, this will allow the state to signifi cantly strengthen control over the payment services market in order to maintain the integrity of the country’s payment space.
