   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Носимые и портативные актографы дают возможность длительной записи показателей пациента, которые могут быть использованы также для количественной оценки симптомов различных заболеваний. Нами изучены некоторые приложения актографии, как аналитической методики, которые являются достаточно чувствительными и надежными, чтобы определить тяжесть и последствия неврологических заболеваний, таких как синдром беспокойных ног, периодические движения конечностей во сне, нарушения сна, болезнь Паркинсона, депрессия, поведенческие и психологические симптомы при сосудистой деменции, сезонных аффективных расстройствах и острой ишемии мозга, а также последствия клинических мероприятий, используемых для их лечения. Дальнейшие исследования должны разработать аналитические методы для оценки других неврологических заболеваний с использованием актографической регистрации.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>. Portable actigraph units allow to long-term of monitoring human cycles and can also be used to quantify the symp-toms of various diseases. The authors studied some applications of actigraphy as analytical methods that are sufficiently sensitive and reliable to determine the severity and consequences of neurological disorders, such as restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movements in sleep, sleep disorders, Parkinson&amp;#180;s disease, depression, behavioural and psychological symptoms in vascular dementia, seasonal affective disorders and acute ischemia of the brain, and the effects of clinical interventions used to treat them. Further research should develop analytical methods to assess other neurological diseases by actigraphic registration.</p>
