The article discusses issues related to the use and implementation of a team management system to solve problems of varying degrees of complexity. The necessity of transition to team management, distribution of roles in the process of project execution in order to achieve the maximum effect of its implementation is substantiated. The processes associated with the formation of teams are analyzed. A number of measures are presented, formed in the form of a model that allows the organization to form a team management system. The presented model has a modular character and can be applied depending on the needs of the organization in a certain period of time characterizing a particular phase of its life cycle.
