    <p>Целью поисковой работы стояло выявление связи успешности работы операторов управляющих различными интерфейсами человек-компьютер, с индивидуальными особенностями операторов установленными на основе психологического тестирования. В ходе исследования был определен ряд шкал в существующих тестовых методик, связанный с успешностью управления тем или иным интерфейсом. Оценена возможность различных методов машинного обучения для построения регрессионных моделей связывающих психологические шкалы и результат деятельности оператора.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The aim of the search work was to identify the relationship between the successes of operators managing various human-computer interfaces, with the individual characteristics of operators established on the basis of psychological testing. In the course of the study, a number of scales were identified in existing test methods associated with the success of managing a particular interface. The possibility of various machine learning methods for constructing regression models linking psychological scales and the result of the operator's activity was evaluated.</p>
