Nowadays, a significant part of our life has moved to online, and emotionality began to manifest itself not only in real-life communication, but also in Internet communication, provoking the emergence of a "discourse of new emotionality". This paper presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the cognitive-discursive category of emotionality in Facebook comments made in Spanish on the topic of vaccination against Covid-19. The authors used the method of expert and automatic analysis to identify the emotional tone of comments, the method of thematic analysis to identify the objects of emotional response, and the method of linguastylistic analysis of the means of verbalization of emotions.
