В статье рассматривается проблематика гендерных особенностей руководства. На основании анализа трудов классиков психологической и социологической науки, а также опираясь на вторичные данные эмпирических исследований современных ученых, показано, что гендерные различия имеют место, однако, не установлено, являются они в полной мере гендерные, сложившимися под действием социализации, «детских комплексов», «архетипов», стереотипов», или это результат типичной ожидаемой окружающими реакции на поведение руководителей мужчин и женщин. А их умение дать правильный ответ на вызов окружающей среды — способность быть руководителем. И не важно, кто ты — мужчина или женщина.
The article discusses the issues of gender characteristics of the leadership. Based on the analysis of the works of classics of psychological and sociological science, as well as relying on secondary data from empirical studies of modern scientists, the author shows that gender differences take place, however, it has not been established whether they are fully gender, i.e. developed ultimately under the influence of socialization or «children’s complexes,» «archetypes,» stereotypes.» Or it may be the result of a typical expected reaction by others to the behavior of male and female leaders. And their ability to give the right answer to the challenge of the environment is the ability to be a leader. And it doesn’t matter who you are a man or a woman.
