    <p>Основной темой статьи является освещение современных подходов к лечению MALT-лимфом желудка. На сегодняшний день, выбор тактики лечения первичной неходжкинской лимфомы желудка, разновидностью которой является MALT-лимфома желудка, представляет собой актуальную медицинскую и социальную проблему. Отдельной проблемой, затрудняющей изучение данного заболевания, является его редкость, в среднем регистрируется 3-4 случая на 1 млн. населения. Исторически доминирующее место в лечении данной нозологии занимало хирургическое лечение. Открытие патогенетической роли H.pylori, разработка новых препаратов и схем химиотерапии, широкое использование препаратов моноклональных антител, значительно повысили эффективность лекарственной терапии. Рутинное использование компьютерной томографии, появление методик прецизионной конформной радиотерапии значительно укрепили позиции радиотерапии, особенно в сочетании с химиотерапией, позволяя добиваться результатов лечения сопоставимых с хирургическим лечением по эффективности и частоте осложнений. По этим причинам в настоящее время значительно возросла значимость консервативных, органосохраняющих методик лечения. Однако не смотря на все достижения, пока не удается достигать полной ремиссии у всех пациентов, требуется дальнейшее изучение данного заболевания, возможностей каждой методики лечения и их возможных комбинаций. </p>

    <p>Main idea of this article is to make a short overview of modern MALT lymphoma treatment approaches. Historically, surgery was the leading treatment modality. Discovery of H.pylori involvement, invention of new drugs and chemotherapy protocols, wide use of monoclonal antibodies, significantly raised the effectiveness of conservative treatment. Routine use of CT scanning, invention of conformal, precise radiotherapy techniques allowed to achieve fine radiotherapy treatment results, especially in the case of combined chemo – radiotherapy protocols. That is why nowadays conservative treatment plays more significant role. However, complete remission cannot be achieved in all the cases. More research is required and thorough analyze of advantages and disadvantages of every technique and their combinations.</p>
