Abstract (English):
The article contains the draft of the program of institutional impact on the level of social tension. The author considers perspective directions of state regulation of the level of social tension taking into account the most significant factors of this phenomenon, offers specific objectives in the allocated spheres of social and economic policy, defines the principles of implementation of the program. In the article the special attention is paid for the expected results of the program for each of the directions that will allow to estimate its efficiency.
