Проектный менеджмент с каждым годом не только глубже проникает в основы государственного управления, но и видоизменяет его через внедрение новых инструментов достижения национальных целей развития страны. В статье рассматриваются результаты конференции «Практика применения проектного управления», проведенной Аналитическим центром при Правительстве Российской Федерации в феврале 2023 г., и примеры современных методов управления проектами регионального и отраслевого развития.
Project management in public sector allows to simplify the coordination of actions of all participants and increase the transparency of processes, introduces and modifies the tools to achieve the national development goals of the country. The article discusses the results of the conference "The Practice of Project Management» held by the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation in February 2023 and examples of modern management methods of regional development.
