Статья посвящена анализу национального проекта «Демография» с 2019 по 2022 г. на территории Вологодской области. Рассмотрена социально-демографическая политика региона до введения в обращения нацпроекта. Проведён анализ результатов с 2019 по 2022 г. как в России, так и в Вологодской области, и сравнение целевых и фактических показателей. Описаны и оценены новые национальные цели и связанные с ними целевые показатели, которые даны в «Едином плане по достижению национальных целей развития Российской Федерации на период до 2024 года и на плановый период до 2030 год». Отмечены достоинства и недостатки демографической политики Вологодской области, а также недостатки реализации на региональном уровне национального проекта «Демография».
The article is devoted to the analysis of the national project "Demography" from 2019 to 2022 on the territory of the Vologda region. The socio-demographic policy of the region before the introduction of the national project into circulation is considered. The analysis of the results from 2019 to 2022, both in Russia and in the Vologda region, and a comparison of target and actual indicators. New national goals and related targets are described and evaluated, which are given in the "Unified Plan for achieving the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024 and for the planning period up to 2030". The advantages and disadvantages of the demographic policy of the Vologda region, as well as the disadvantages of the implementation of the national project "Demography" at the regional level are noted.
