Актуальность данного исследования определяется высокой степенью сложности развития национального хозяйства в современных геополитэкономических условиях, что требует обращения к историческому опыту решения проблем подобного рода, в том числе в части развития государственных институтов и международных дел. Целью представленных исследований является анализ содержания блока гайдаровских реформ 1992 г., посвященных созданию и развитию российских государственных институтов и международных дел в части такой составляющей как вступление России в МВФ и ВБ. Научная новизна представленных исследований заключается в демонстрации на основе проведенного теоретико-методологического анализа неэффективного осуществления ряда рассмотренных мероприятий блока гайдаровских реформ 1992 г., посвященных созданию и развитию российских государственных институтов и международных дел, начиная с уровня их целеполагания. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в целесообразности учета проведенного теоретико-методологического анализа опыта проведения гайдаровских реформ при формировании и реализации программ стратегического развития национального хозяйства в условиях происходящих макроэкономических трансформаций.
The relevance of this study is determined by the high degree of complexity of the development of the national economy in modern geopolitical and economic conditions, which requires an appeal to historical experience in solving problems of this kind, including in terms of the development of state institutions and international affairs. The purpose of the presented studies is to analyze the content of the block of Gaidar's reforms of 1992, dedicated to the creation and development of Russian state institutions and international affairs in terms of such components as: Russia's entry into the IMF and WB. The scientific novelty of the presented research consists in demonstrating, on the basis of the theoretical and methodological analysis, the ineffective implementation of a number of the considered measures of the block of Gaidar's reforms of 1992, dedicated to the creation and development of Russian state institutions and international affairs, starting from the level of their goal-setting. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the expediency of taking into account the theoretical and methodological analysis of the experience of carrying out Gaidar's reforms in the formation and implementation of programs for the strategic development of the national economy in the context of ongoing macroeconomic transformations.
