В настоящее время с последними событиями в мире, в частности, отказ многих зарубежных компаний, предоставляющих ERP системы, работать в России, все больше является актуальным рассмотрения вопросов перехода от импортных учетных систем на отечественные продукты. Цель статьи рассмотреть теоретические аспекты разработки стратегии развития материально-технической базы организации и разработать применительно к исследуемому предприятию на основе стратегического анализа. В статье рассмотрены ключевые факторы успеха, степени влияния на них политических, экономических, социально-культурных, технологических факторов, движущие силы рынка продуктов и услуг 1С, портрет потребителя, ценностное предложение клиенту, конкурентное преимущество, Стратегический план управленческих решений, стратегические мероприятия. Использованы следующие эмпирические методы исследования - экспертный опрос и анкетирование. Эмпирическую основу исследования составили аналитические и статистические данные по вопросам франчайзинга, материалы СМИ, Интернет-ресурсы, результаты дискуссий с профильными специалистами в области франчайзинга, представителями франчайзинговых компаний, информация по действующим франчайзинговым предприятиям, собственные экспертные данные автора.
At present, with the latest events in the world, in particular, the refusal of many foreign companies providing ERP systems, to work in Russia, is increasingly topical consideration of the transition from import accounting systems to domestic products. The article is aimed to consider the theoretical aspects of developing a strategy for the development of the material and technical base of the organization and to develop the application of the studied enterprise on the basis of strategic analysis. The article considers key factors of success, degree of influence on them of political, economic, socio-cultural, technological factors, driving forces of market of products and services 1C, consumer portrait, value proposition to the client, competitive advantage, Strategic management plan, strategic interventions. The following empirical research methods were used - expert survey and questionnaire. The empirical basis of the study was made up of analytical and statistical data on franchising, media materials, Internet resources, results of discussions with specialized specialists in the field of franchising, representatives of franchising companies, information on operating franchising enterprises, own expert data of the author.
