В данной статье рассматриваются возможности интеграции современных технологий в бизнес-процессы организации с целью повышения эффективности. В наше время современные бизнес-технологии являются актуальным инструментом для достижения эффективных решений и оптимизации бизнес-процессов. В данной статье будут представлены такие технологии, как ИИ (искусственный интеллект), CRM (customer relationship management), роботизация процессов, криптооперации (P2P-, B2B-, B2P-, P2B-рынки, блокчейн), облачные технологии. В результате исследования представлены рекомендации по применению современных бизнес-технологий.

This article discusses the possibilities of integrating modern technologies into an organization’s business processes in order to increase efficiency. Nowadays, modern business technologies are a relevant tool for achieving effective solutions, minimizing costs and improving the quality of products or services. This article will present technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence, process robotization, crypto operations (P2P, B2B and B2P markets), cloud technologies. As a result of the study, recommendations on the use of modern business technologies are presented.
