SOCIAL AND LABOR DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURAL CAPITAL OF SOLDIERS AND SERGEANTS

Abstract (English):
The processes of the development of cultural capital of soldiers and sergeants having military service under the contract are considered. The trends of growth of not only the potential of cultural capital, but also of its professional accumulation are revealed. The relationship of these processes with the increase of revenues, improvement of financial status and consumption of contract servicemen are substantiated. The peculiarities of the implementation of labor accumulation of cultural capital of military soldiers and sergeants are shown. Thus, as a result of the analysis of empirical data, the trends not only of the potential of cultural capital, but also of its professional accumulation are identified, which manifests itself in the growth of revenues, improving financial status and prosperity, consumption of contract servicemen.
