В статье на основе теоретических представлений об организационной эффективности иерархических структур и методов повышения эффективности рассмотрено изменение подходов к формированию кадрового резерва и его влияние на организацию производства в ГУП «Московский метрополитен». Рассмотрено изменение организационно-штатной структуры держателей процесса по формированию и развитию кадрового резерва, а также полученный эффект в части замещения вакантных мест.
Based on theoretical ideas about the organizational effectiveness of hierarchical structures and methods of increasing efficiency, the paper describes the change in approaches to the formation of the personnel reserve and its impact on the organization of production in the State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro". The paper considers the change in the organizational and staff structure of those responsible for the formation and development of the personnel reserve, as well as the effect obtained in terms of the replacement of vacant positions.
