    <p>Процессная аналитика (Process Mining) представляет собой визуализацию внутренних бизнеспроцессов компании для проведения их глубинного анализа и дальнейшей оптимизации, другими словами, данная технология дает возможность получить новые знания на основе данных, выделяемых из логов.&#13;
&#13;
В статье рассмотрены основные принципы и методы технологии Process Mining. Определены основные возможности данной технологии, а также ее преимущества, недостатки и области применения.</p>

    <p>Process analytics (Process Mining) is the visualization of a company’s internal business processes for their in-depth analysis and further optimization; in other words, this technology makes it possible to obtain new knowledge based on data extracted from logs.&#13;
&#13;
The article discusses the basic principles and methods of Process Mining technology. The main capabilities of this technology are determined, as well as its advantages, disadvantages and areas of application.</p>
