This article discusses the legal and ethical aspects of in vitro fertilization in Russia. Attention is drawn to the legislation governing the IVF process, including the principles of human dignity, consent to the procedure, and the life spans of embryos, parental responsibility and financing of the procedure. The importance of complying with the laws and regulations of this area to ensure the protection of the rights and interests of all parties is emphasized, and ethical aspects are also considered including the prohibition of the use of IVF for purposes that contradict the norms of morality and ethics.
