В настоящее время в условиях развития постиндустриального общества происходит достаточно интенсивная деиндустриализация экономики ведущих стран мира. При этом заданные темпы деиндустриализации порой столь высоки, что приводят к существенным потерям, обусловленным преждевременным свертыванием индустриальной составляющей экономики. Цель исследования – выявление проблем опережающей деиндустриализации экономики и путей их преодоления на примере экономики Франции. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в обобщении релевантной информации, касающейся технологий решения проблем, возникших в результате опережающего деиндустриализации, реализованных во французской экономике, и оценке полученных и ожидаемых результатов по демпфированию допущенных просчетов. Практическая значимость полученных результатов состоит в возможности использования исследованного опыта преодоления опережающей деиндустриализации во французской экономике в отечественной практике.
Currently, in the conditions of development of post-industrial society, there is a fairly intensive deindustrialization of the economy of the leading countries of the world. At the same time, the specified rates of deindustrialization are sometimes so high that they lead to significant losses due to the premature curtailment of the industrial component of the economy. The purpose of the study is to identify the problems of advanced deindustrialization of the economy and ways to overcome them using the example of the French economy. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the generalization of relevant information concerning the technologies for solving problems that have arisen as a result of advanced deindustrialization, implemented in the French economy and the assessment of the obtained and expected results in damping the mistakes made. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the studied experience of overcoming advanced deindustrialization in the French economy in domestic practice.
