    <p>Более 60 тысяч пациентов ежегодно получают имплантаты, работа которых направлена на нормализацию функционирования сердечно-сосудистой системы (CIED). Имплантируемые электронные устройства предотвращают развитие жизнеугрожающих состояний со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы, однако проведение лучевой терапии у данной группы больных сопряжено с высоким риском возникновения нежелательных явлений, в том числе фатальных. Стратификация пациентов с установленными CIED в группы в зависимости от потенциального риска повреждения устройства помогает не только отслеживать состояние их здоровья, но также эффективно управлять возможными рисками. Таким образом достигается максимальная безопасность лучевой терапии для данной группы пациентов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>More than 60 thousand patients receive implants annually, the work of which is aimed at normalizing the functioning of the cardiovascular system (CIED). Implantable electronic devices prevent the development of life-threatening conditions from the cardiovascular system, however, radiation therapy in this group of patients is associated with a high risk of adverse events, including fatal ones. Stratification of patients with CEEDS into groups depending on the risk of damage to the device helps not only to monitor their health status, but also to effectively manage possible risks. Thus, the maximum safety of radiation therapy is achieved for this group of patients.</p>
