Abstract (English):
This study explores the concept of personnel reserve, its definitions, types, and stages of formation within organizations. The staffing of it with talented specialists, HiPo and HiPro employees is also considered, and the term “Talent pool” is indicated. Next, the stages of creating and managing a personnel reserve are presented, illustrating the scheme of external and internal personnel reserve of an existing organization, detailing a segment of an individual development plan for a candidate in the personnel reserve for a leadership position, and showcasing a segment of the reserve personnel’s information base. Additionally, the stages of forming a personnel reserve are examined using a specific example: the non-profit organization “Fund — regional operator of major repairs of common property in apartment buildings,” and measures for its improvement are proposed.
