    <p>Актуальность представленного исследования определяется тем, что после выхода России из Болонской системы продолжается поиск наилучшего варианта отечественной системы высшего образования как наиболее близкой к периоду последующей профессиональной деятельности человека. В этой связи представляет интерес рассмотрение накопленного исторического опыта подходов к обучению сквозь призму повышения эффективности трудовой деятельности человека.&#13;
Целью представленных исследований является выявление взаимосвязи составляющих направления организационного обучения как способа повышения собственных знаний с образовательных позиций и школ стратегического менеджмента как одного из ключевых составляющих практической деятельности.&#13;
Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в определении логической взаимосвязи основных составляющих направления организационного обучения как способа повышения собственных знаний (интуиция, интерпретация, интеграция, институциализация), рассматриваемых с образовательных позиций, с основными школами стратегического менеджмента (включая группы предписывающих, описывающих и интегрирующих школ), рассматриваемых с позиций практической хозяйственной деятельности.&#13;
Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности их учета при построении моделей систем высшего и послевузовского образования.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The relevance of the presented research is determined by the fact that after Russia's withdrawal from the Bologna system, the search for the best option for the domestic system of higher education as the closest to the period of subsequent professional activity of a person continues. In this regard, it is of interest to consider the accumulated historical experience of approaches to training through the prism of increasing the efficiency of human labor activity.&#13;
The purpose of the presented research is to identify the relationship between the components of the direction of organizational training as a way to improve one's own knowledge from an educational standpoint and schools of strategic management as one of the key components of practical activity.&#13;
The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the definition of the logical relationship of the main components of the direction of organizational learning as a way to improve one's own knowledge (intuition, interpretation, integration, institutionalization), considered from an educational standpoint, with the main schools of strategic management (including groups of prescriptive, descriptive and integrating schools), considered from the standpoint of practical economic activity. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of taking them into account when constructing models of higher and postgraduate education systems.</p>
