IMPACT OF THE AGILE FLEXIBLE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY ON WORK MOTIVATION

Abstract (English):
Since the late 80s, digital products have become increasingly used to meet the growing needs of users and businesses due to the deeper integration of information solutions into service sectors and automation of work processes. To be able to maintain and form a competitive product in an increasingly competitive environment, it was necessary to create new labor paradigms and methods for developing software solutions. Agile software development methodology is a methodology that allows you to create, adapt and scale complex digital products through short iterative cycles. Agile was formed in 2001 by the Digital Product Development Methods Manifesto in the United States (Utah). The result of the research is the identification of conditions that positively influence the work motivation of an employee of an Agile company.
