    <p>Статья представляет собой обзор публикаций о моделировании динамики систем управления проектами. Исследования, проанализированные в данной работе, преимущественно рассматривают динамику систем управления проектами в контексте организационной среды, в которой выполняются проекты. Приведена история развития методов динамического моделирования в управлении проектами, а также классификация существующих динамических моделей. Обзор включает в себя статьи, посвященные следующим группам методов моделирования: методам построения оптимальных и устойчивых расписаний проектов, методам моделирования дискретных событий, а также методам построения макромоделей, основанных на системной динамике. В статье также проанализированы современные тенденции развития методов моделирования в приложении к исследованию динамических свойств систем управления проектами.</p>

    <p>Publications on modeling of project management systems dynamics are reviewed. Studies analyzed mainly consider dynamics of project management systems in the organizational environment of projects implementation. History of project management dynamics modeling is presented as well as classification of existing dynamic models. The review includes papers on the following groups of modeling methods: for optimal and sustainable project scheduling, for discrete event simulation and for macro-modeling based on system dynamics. Also analyzed are current trends of modeling methods development in reference to research of dynamics of project management systems.</p>

  <p>ВведениеБольшое количество публикаций на тему управления проектами посвящено исследованию факторов, влияющих на успешность выполнения проекта (под успешностью выполнения подразумевается получение продукта, удовлетворяющего потребителя, в запланированные сроки и в рамках бюджета). Цвикель и Глоберсон приводят анализ частоты упоминания в исследованиях различных факторов успеха (Zwikael, Globerson, 2010). Практически во всех из них качество плана проекта, который включает планы, соответствующие всем функциональным областям управления проектом, является одним из главнейших факторов успеха. Также традиционно называются поддержка высшего руководства, процессы найма персонала, мониторинг выполнения проекта и обратная связь, вовлечение потребителя, четкое определение требований и целей.Иными словами, для успешного выполнения проекта требуется не только тщательно проработанный план, но и надежно функционирующие процессы мониторинга и управления, обеспечивающие обратную связь для принятия своевременных управленческих решений при отклонении от выполнения проекта по плану. Кроме того, в силу возможности изменения условий, в которых выполняется проект, стратегических целей, для достижения которых он инициирован, уточнения требований потребителя в процессе выполнения проекта, должна быть реализована система управления, обеспечивающая достижение целей в изменяющихся условиях. Именно с учетом данных обстоятельств отличаются исследования, посвященные разработке методов и инструментов планирования для оптимизации затрат, сокращения времени выполнения проекта и повышения эффективности и работы, изучающие динамику проекта.Между тем значительная часть работ на тему математического моделирования в управлении проектами посвящена вопросам оптимального составления расписания проекта и распределения ресурсов. Современные исследования о методах планирования предлагают подходы, позволяющие построить оптимальное расписание проекта в условиях неопределенности [13; 37], ищут возможности для построения расписаний, отличающихся свойством надежности и устойчивости по отношению к отклонениям в выполнении работ проекта [11; 12; 21].</p>
