Статья посвящена отражению основным аспектам стратегического управления развитием потенциала отрасли предприятия оборонно-промышленного комплекса. Отражены ключевые этапы по формированию стратегии, которые охарактеризованы с пяти точек зрения. Охарактеризована сложность работы научно-производственного предприятия во взаимодействии с внешней средой. Она состоит в том, что между ними/и микро и макросредой находится мезосреда, представляющая, акционеров и совет директоров, участие которых в управлении НПП носит до конца, в условиях России, неотработанный характер, что отрицательно сказывается на работе предприятий. Описаны основные угрозы внешней и внутренней среды. Для поддержания сформированной стратегии на дифференциации или издержках в комбинации со стратегией роста в статье рассмотрены основные мероприятия. Представлена модель процесса стратегического контроля реализации стратегии развития предприятия.
The article is devoted to the reflection of the main aspects of strategic management of the development of the potential of the industry of the enterprise of the defense-industrial complex. The key stages of strategy formation are reflected, which are characterized from five points of view. The complexity of the work of the scientific and production enterprise in interaction with the external environment is characterized. It consists in the fact that between them/and the micro and macro environment there is a mesoenvironment representing shareholders and the board of directors, whose participation in the management of the scientific and production enterprise is to the end, in the conditions of Russia, an undeveloped character, which negatively affects the work of enterprises. The main threats of the external and internal environment are described. To maintain the formed strategy on differentiation or costs in combination with the growth strategy, the article considers the main activities. A model of the process of strategic control of the implementation of the enterprise development strategy is presented.
